GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - The persistent clamping down on drug peddlers has yielded results over the weekend in Graaff Reinet when an alleged drug peddler was arrested and the drugs confiscated.
On Saturday 1 May, at about 11:30, the Graaff-Reinet Dog Unit (K9) members were performing stop-and-search duties when they arrested a 26-year-old man who was found in possession of four Mandrax tablets and four dagga bompies, as well as a small plastic bag containing tik.
The estimated street value of the drugs is R360.
