Revive Graaff-Reinet, in partnership with Graaff-Reinet Tourism and Flashcor Printing, recently completed its latest project to upgrade all the dreary-looking signage boards in town.
The Revive Graaff-Reinet initiative was launched by the Graaff-Reinet Tourism Board in March with the aim of rejuvenating the spirit and fervour of this beautiful Karoo town.
“Graaff-Reinet has so much to offer, and this is what Revive Graaff-Reinet is all about,” says Kim von Behr Imrie, manager of the Graaff-Reinet Tourism Office.
Since its establishment, Revive Graaff-Reinet has undertaken several successful projects. “The project to upgrade the signage boards is a fundraising initiative for Graaff-Reinet Tourism,” says Von Behr Imrie. “Flashcor Printing covered the setup costs and the rental for the advertising space is shared between them and Graaf-Reinet Tourism.”
Revive Graaff-Reinet would like to thank all the businesses for their continued support for this initiative.
They also encourage residents to send their uniquely Graaff-Reinet ideas to contribute to the revival of the town to Revive Graaff-Reinet via WhatsApp on 084 468 0027 or via e-mail at info@graaffreinet.co.za. If you want to remain anonymous, you can write down your ideas and drop them in the drop-box at the Graaff-Reinet Tourism Office at 17 Church Street.
