GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - The municipal budget and treasury office on Caledon Street, Graaff-Reinet, has been closed for decontamination after an employee tested positive for Covid-19.
“The office will be closed for precautionary decontamination but is expected to re-open on Tuesday 3 November,” read a statement by the Dr Beyers Naudé Local Municipality.
According to the statement, other municipal offices are unaffected and remain open for business. The Department of Health will screen staff members who had direct contact with the infected employee.
In the meantime, the municipality says that account payments can be made via electronic funds, transfer or deposits.
