GRAAFF-REINET NEWS AND VIDEO - The case of the state versus Nomphelo Maloyi and Lwazi Kay who stand accused of murdering 66-year-old Mynhardt Maloyi was postponed until 29 March.
This is the provisional date upon which the formal bail application for Maloyi, the alleged mastermind behind this so-called insurance policy murder, will be brought before court.
Those who were protesting outside court today indicated that they will be back on the 29th as they remain adamant that bail must not be granted.
