GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - Three little big-hearted girls, Anniëka Larson (4), Grace Kemp (9) and Cate Cochrane (8) recently decided they would cut their long hair and donate it to cancer patients.
While some young girls would cry at the thought of losing their long hair, these three did it with a smile on their face.
The girls, who all reside in Graaff-Reinet, had their hair cut at a local salon after which the long locks were donated to the Graaff-Reinet Cancer Association, to make wigs for those who have lost their hair to the disease.
"We are tremendously grateful for this donation," says Hannatjie Pieterse of the Graaff-Reinet Cancer Association. "You should be very proud of yourselves," she concluded.
