GRAAFF-REINET NEWS AND VIDEO - The Nqweba Dam outside Graaff-Reinet looks a tad different than last year December and even earlier this summer, when it was completely empty.
According to Edwardine Abader, the acting municipal spokesperson of the Dr Beyers Naudé Local Municipality, the dam's water lever stood at 18,03% on Tuesday 28 July.
Locals are still advised to use water sparingly.
