CRADOCK NEWS - Emergency services paid a visit to Michausdal Primary School in Cradock on 7 August, where they participated in a vehicle accident simulation exercise.
"Learners were informed about each department's role and involvement during a motor vehicle accident, when the vehicle catches fire," said Capt Lariane Jonker, spokesperson for the Cradock SAPS.
Personnel from the SAPS, SANRAL, Cradock Ambulance Services, Inxuba Yethemba Municipality Fire Department and the Provincial Traffic were involved in the exercise.
A vehicle was set on fire to show primary school pupils how emergency services do their work.
