BUSINESS NEWS - Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 93 of the Spatial Planning and Land Use management By-Laws; DR Beyers Naude Local Municipality that an application is submitted by the municipality to Subdivide and Rezone a Portion of Remainder ERF 2355, Aberdeen into approximately 105 residential erven as well as associated open space and roads erven.
Further particulars regarding the application, including a Layout Plan may be inspected at the office of the Land Use Administrator (Mr N. Camngca – Tel: 049 807 5905 / Email: camngcan@bnlm.gov.za) in Robert Sobukwe Building Graaff-Reinet, during normal office hours (07:30 to 16:30) Monday- Friday.
Motivated objections or comment, if any, must be lodged in writing, to reach the undersigned not later than 30 days after publication of this notice. All correspondence relating to this notice must be addressed to: The Municipal Manager at PO Box 71: Graaff-Reinet, 6280 and can be handed in at the Manager: Development and Spatial Planning or emailed to camngcan@bnlm.gov.za before the applicable closing date.
Any person who cannot write may during office hours and at the above address request the Manager: Development and Spatial Planning, Mr N. Camngca of the municipality to assist that person to transcribe that person’s objections, comments or representations.
