GRAAFF-REINET NEWS AND VIDEO - The accused in the so-called insurance policy murder case, Nomphelo Maloyi and Lwazi Kay, will be appearing before court again today, 29 March.
Maloyi and Kay stand accused of murdering the 66-year-old Mynhardt Maloyi for the payout of a life insurance policy.
Members of the community are protesting outside court as it was indicated that accused Maloyi will be applying for bail. Due to the nature and extent of the crimes allegedly committed by Maloyi, they are opposed to her release on bail.
