Update
CRADOCK NEWS - According to the Cradock Police the roads in and out of Cradock have been cleared of protestors and are open to traffic.
Even so, motorists are advised to exercise caution when driving in the area.
Police spokesperson Captain Namhla Mdleleni says a case of public violence has been opened after the roads, including the N10, were blocked by rioters earlier today.
The aggrieved residents used large stones to erect barricades.
No arrests were made.
