GRAAFF-REINET NEWS — On Friday evening, February 3 the Graaff-Reinet Bowls Club will be having a Steak Braai for members and partners, or friends.

Saturday afternoon. February 4 features the monthly Spar Pairs, followed by a Special General Meeting.

• The Mr Paint/Flashcor Printing Business League commences on Thursday, February 9 and culminates on Thursday March 16 with a braai after the prize-giving.

• Next on the bowling calendar is the Open Singles competition for men and ladies. Entries close on February 8 and the games begin on February 11 and 12. The committee requests that members, who are not playing, to please assist as markers. This is an important segment of the game of Singles and every able body will be most welcome.

• The club's Drawn Pairs is next - to be played on the weekend of February 18 and 19.
