GRAAFF-REINET GOLF NEWS - Colin Warner and Bernie Weyer won Saturday 8 June's, better ball-golf day on a 44-point count-out.
André Olivier and Piet Meyer took second place. In third place was Hadley Fourie and a new member, Tagon Jackson. They took third place on a 43 point count-out with Jaco Venter and Frikkie Coetzee.
The Wednesday, sponsored by Goldrush, was won by Niek Steyn on 34 points, with Frikkie Coetzee second and Wally Gentry third.
On Saturday 15 June, an individual Stableford competition will be held. The tee-off is at 11.30am.
The annual Bokkedag will be held on 20 July. This year, with the generous support of local farmers, the golf club is looking forward to attracting lots of visitors, besides the local golfers.
