ABERDEEN FOOTBALL CLUB - Destroyers Football Club in Aberdeen was founded two years ago, but until now, they have struggled with a makeshift kit.
Their plea for sponsorship was answered by contractor GS Civils, and they now have their very own kit.
"We are very grateful to Greg Sumner of GS Civils for this generous sponsorship," said club manager George Yalolo. "We aim to get the youngsters away from drugs and alcohol, and the smart new kit is an added attraction for the players."
The club caters for both boys and girls, with u.17 and u.15 teams in the Beyers Naudé League. Yalolo has received guidance from Black Arrows, a successful team which itself was pleading for donations earlier in the year.
