SOCCER NEWS - The Ntura’22 Soccer Tournament took place on 26 and 27 August at the Masizakhe Stadium and at Newland - the event attracted 12 teams.
The tournament was played in celebration of their friend, Luphumlo Ntura Stuurman, who died in February 2020.

The final was played on Sunday 27 August at Masizakhe Stadium and a large crowd gathered to watch who would scoop up the first prize of R10 000.
The final game started at 16:00 with high tempo plays and teams chasing to score first, but both teams were evenly determined to claim the first prize.
The first attempt at the goalpost was made by the captain of Manchester United of Jansenville, Luyanda Kilani. Players brought the crowds to their feet on many occasions.
Kilani said that the game was tough and very competitive and it was never easy-going against the Black Arrows.
Kanzia Malote, captain of the Black Arrows took the second prize to Manchester United of Jansenville. Malote thanked, Siphosethu Mntwana, who recently joined the club for his first excellent midfield play against the JV Manchester United.
The only goal that could be scored was in the second half of the last twelve minutes by Luthando Mduma of JV Manchester United.
Third and fourth place:
