GRAAFF-REINET FOOTBALL NEWS - Four Graaff-Reinet soccer teams participated in matches of the Dr Beyers Naudé Local Football Association at the Umasizakhe Football Field on Saturday.
Dangerous Darkies and Black Aces drew their game five all, while Portugal Birds beat TM United 2 - 0.
Sixteen teams are playing in three streams of the LFA.
Juventus lead stream A with seven points with Manchester United and MBT Stars respectively in second and third place with six points each. In stream B, Portugal Birds top the log with nine points, followed by Dangerous Darkies and Black Aces, each on seven points.

Academy won all three their matches so far, to top stream C with nine points. Birds United and Black Arrows only played two games each, but already took the second and third places with six points each.
Skhumbuzo Booysen, Dangerous Darkies goalkeeper, tried his best to stop a penalty kick from Black Aces.
Teams from Graaff-Reinet, Jansenville, Klipplaat, Steytlerville and Aberdeen are competing in the three streams of the league.
This Saturday, games will be played in Umasizakhe, Aberdeen, Graaff-Reinet Primary School and Majestic Sports Fields.
On Sunday, teams will entertain soccer enthusiasts at Klipplaat, Steytlerville, Jansenville, Umasizakhe, Majestic and Aberdeen. Games will kick off at 2pm.
