NATIONAL NEWS - Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa says he believes the organisational report on the African National Congress (ANC) is an honest account of the problems facing the party.
He’s been speaking at the ANC’s policy conference in Nasrec.
ANC secretary-general Gwede Mantashe’s report details the divisions in the ANC and says the leaked Gupta emails are hurting the organisation.
Ramaphosa says this document is a good place to start.
“As you know, the ANC is a living organism. It will go through its own ups and downs and that document looks at a number of issues facing the ANC.”
The ANC Youth League, however, has disagreed with Mantashe over his report.
