NATIONAL NEWS - A Spanish man accused of murdering his three-year-old twins in Hout Bay is expected to apply for bail later this month.
Mario Yela appeared in the Wynberg Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
He allegedly killed his children Maximo and Octavia at a rented holiday home in April.
He will, however, have to wait until 28 July because the court will first rule on whether the defence can access the police docket.
Post-mortem reports are also still outstanding.
Yela's currently being held in a single cell at Pollsmoor Prison.
His ex-wife found the bodies of their three-year-old twins on the day he was supposed to return to Spain.
