NATIONAL NEWS - South African residents will cast their votes in the 2016 Municipal Elections this coming Wednesday, 3 August.
Election day is also a national public holiday.
Voting stations across South Africa will open at 07:00 on Wednesday morning and will close that evening at 19:00.
Results are expected to be released in the early hours of Thursday morning.
The Municipal Elections will determine who will govern your town and district council.
