GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - Dr Beyers Naudé Local Municipality (DBNLM) has extended the valuation appeals process to all property owners who have not had the opportunity to appeal against the outcome of their property valuations until 30 September.
Complaints have been received that the ordinary mail (post) had not reached the property owners who objected and therefore a month’s extension is given.
Urgent calls are made to property owners who do not have an e-mail address to registered with the Municipal Value Office or to call or visit their nearest finance or revenue office to request assistance to get a copy from the valuers.
Appeal forms are available at the finance/revenue offices in all towns, website of the municipality or e-mail copies can be requested from throned@bnlm.gov.za
