KAROO NEWS - Things to do in the coming week:

Karoo Christmas Market: 14 December
Support local entrepreneurs and enjoy a festive experience at this proudly local market on Somerset Street from 5pm until 8pm. The street will be closed for traffic, and 40 stall holders will see to it that the heart of Graaff-Reinet is turned into a market not to be missed.

Christmas Carol Service: 15 December
Enjoy this beautiful service, with the theme story of angels and stars, at the Trinity Methodist Church on Caledon Street, Graaff-Reinet, at 7pm. Everyone is invited to attend, and a retiring offering will be taken.

Acacia Street Lights opening: 15 December
It's something locals look forward to for the entire year, and its finally back. The breathtaking Christmas lights of Acacia Street will be switched on at 7.30pm. Locals are invited to join the festivities and walk along the beautifully decorated street in this Kroonvale community. 

Donations are welcome, and will be given to the local Cancer Association.
