GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - The Graaff-Reinet SPCA's competition to find the best photos of local residents with their favourite pets is nearing its end.

Those still interested in entering are asked to submit their photos before Saturday, November 25, of either an individual or a group of people, with their pet/s.

The photos can be emailed to kennelsgrt@gmail.com or ads@diekudutjie.co.za. 

Printed photos will also be accepted - these can be dropped off at the SPCA, and a form completed there.

There is an entry fee of R100, and payment details can be obtained from Sonja on 082 588 5900 or by email accommodation@obesa.co.za.

Payment confirmation needs to be emailed to ads@diekudutjie.co.za.

All money raised will go towards the sterling work performed by the local SPCA within the community.

Wonderful prizes are on offer for the winning photos, which will be chosen, not by a panel of judges, but members of the public.

After the closing date, all the photos will be loaded onto the SPCA Graaff-Reinet facebook page, in an album entitled October Competition Album.

The photos with the most likes by midnight on November 30 will win the prizes.

• The first prize is a weekend away for two at the Drostdy Hotel, including breakfast. 
• Second prize is a weekend away for four at Profcon, B&B included, and the 
• Third prize, lunch or dinner for two at Polka.

Entries close on November 25, so there is still plenty of time to get those cameras clicking!
