Update
GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - Graaff-Reinet SAPS have rectified a statement previously made to the Advertiser, and confirmed that the search for missing Tri-Annette ‘Kleintjie” Mintoor (6) from Aberdeen will continue.
This follows an outcry on social media after a report that the search has been called off, but that the investigation is ongoing.
Graaff-Reinet SAPS Spokesperson, Captain Bradley Rawlinson, says there was a misunderstanding and that the police search for Mintoor, with help from the community, will continue uninterrupted.
An update on the search is expected to be issued by the police later today.
The entire area between the farm Ranges and Mintoor’s parental home has been combed.
Kleintjie was reported missing on Wednesday 29 July.
