GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - The Karoo team was victorious at the inter-district gala held in Makhanda Tuesday, 5 March, with 22 swimmers representing Destiny Swimming Academy.

Two swimmers from the academy also broke records: Zenicke van Schalkwyk in the individual medley and Taylor Jacbos in the girls u.11 backstroke.

Destiny Swimming Academy is proud of the team members who contributed to the excellent results: Zenicke van Schalkwyk, Annabelle Kruger, JJ van Schalkwyk, Taylor Jacobs, Daniel Davenport, Nina Pieterse, Elmarie Naudé, Catie Davenport, Ava van der Mescth, Une Groenewald, Franco Wolfaardt, Adriaan Pieterse, Christo Nel, Naudé van der Merwe, Isabelle Bester, Markus van der Ahee, Nele Wolfaardt, Uziah Willemse, Angelique Kyanda, Izak Naude, Miley Burger and Ben J Collier. Their achievement is a source of pride and inspiration for aspiring swimmers.
