GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - The 2022/23 Men's Regional Soccer League comes to an end on Saturday 25 March.
The two bottom teams will be relegated from the league and two teams from the lower league, the Local Football Association (LFA), will be promoted to the regional league. Nine teams took part in Stream D (Dr Beyers Naude Local Municipality) of the league.
The top three teams are Academy, then Portugal Birds followed by JV Manchester United from Jansenville.
The battle is between Portugal Birds and JV Manchester United for second spot as Academy has already ensured their spot at the top.
The teams at number seven and eight will go all out this weekend to avoid relegation.

- XI Attackers turn 40
- XI Attackers beat Black Arrows with one goal and a huge gift on their 40th birthday last Saturday.
The club was established on 18 March 1983 in uMasizakhe in Graaff-Reinet. "We are very proud of the strides we made over the years, and can proudly claim that we produced the first professional footballer from this area, Mzuvukile Tom.
"He went from XI Attackers to Golden Arrows in the Premier Soccer League (PSL) and is always willing to support the club with advice and guidance," said Vuyisile Yeyana, deputy chair of the club. XI Attackers will have an official celebration later this year.
