A 14-year-old Volkskool High student, Reaglin Maarman, received the Champ of Champs trophy at the Graaff-Reinet Raptors Martial Arts Club's year-end function on Wednesday 13 December.
Other students who received trophies are:
- Gert Theron - Lion Heart Devotion and Excellence for senior student of the year
- Matthew Christoffels and Kemar Klasse - Little Lion Heart Devotion and Excellence
- Liam Pienaar - Progression Pioneer Award Junior for best progress
- Joe Gildenhuys and Jenna Woods - Progression Pioneer Award Senior
- Jean van Wyngaard and Darius Els - Enduring Loyalty and Commitment.
Each student also received a Raptors Warrior 2023 certificate for their commitment and companionship during the year.
