GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - A fun walk for people with disabilities as well as their families will be hosted by Liliha Leihu Sacred Place in Graaff-Reinet on 19 December.
The special event will kick-off at 8am at the Umasizakhe Hall.
"This event is in support of the rightful inclusion of adults and children with disabilities in society," said one of the organizers.
"This is a golden opportunity for people with disabilities to boost their self-esteem, and to take steps towards improving their standard of living." The event coincides with International Disability Month, and hopes to raise awareness for locals living with disabilities.
