KAROO NEWS - Nomfuneko Tsutsu (51) was arrested on Tuesday 2 July by the Bellville-based Hawks on a fraud warrant.
She appeared in the Bellville Specialised Commercial Crimes Court on Wednesday 3 July, where the matter was postponed until 8 July.
She failed to make a court appearance on a charge of fraud in April this year after she was earlier released on R30 000 bail.
She was reportedly awarded a tender by PetroSA to renovate schools in the Eastern Cape to the value of R23m.
She allegedly misappropriated funds and failed to render the required services.
