A 31-year-old Graaff-Reinet woman discovered this on 21 August, when she was arrested for attempting to steal a sachet of the pain relief powder from a shop on Caledon Street.
According to the Graaff-Reinet SAPS, the suspect attempted to conceal the packet on her body, but was caught.
It is unclear what her motive for the crime was, but a trip to the prison cells most likely left her with a worse headache than when she committed the crime.
