Why should you challenge yourself?
Because you CAN walk, CAN run, CAN ride, but most importantly, because you CAN celebrate your health, or because you CAN do so in memory of someone dear who has passed away, or because you CAN support CANCER projects and survivors.

Prior to all events starting, all participants have to complete an indemnity form at their respective gate which also serves as an entry form. After depositing their donation into the donation box, they will take up their starting positions as instructed.
Medals will be presented to all participants in the 'Superhero' event at the start of the event. Participants may choose which distance they are going to do and do not need complete the full 3km.
Parking for the 5km and 11km events will be marked and regulated by students of the Eastcape Midlands College on the left hand side of the road as you drive towards the grid on the R63 road. Parking for the 45km Pro MTB event will be available on the opposite side of the road.
Participants of the 45km Pro MTB event will do a double 16,5km section into the game viewing area of the Camdeboo National Park and will be accompanied by two vehicles with armed rangers on this section.
On completion of the double loop, they will cross into the Gannalaagte and Winterhoek sections of the Park - a distance of approximately 12.5km. No climbing of the dreaded Kuduskloof is included in the route!
And please, the emphasis is NOT on winning or doing the fastest time, but on experiencing your own CAMDEBOO CANCER CAMINO! Why? Because you CAN!
