Here, Michael Abdinor chats about A Million Little Pieces, by James Frey:
"I found this book when my daughter moved office as I was running out of reading material. It is about the author who recalled his stay in a drug and alcohol rehab center in the mid-Western USA, and his continual fight to become a 'normal' person again.
"Be prepared to be exposed to great detail in his writings. On the plus side, the reader will almost be transplanted into the center and realize what people with these illnesses have to go through.
"I believe in varying my reading between fiction and non-fiction, which has worked well for me in this unfortunate pandemic."
