GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - Locals in search of a new read need to look no further than veteran SABC TV journalist Mike Proctor-Sim's new novel, Fracking Hell.
Karoo residents opposed to fracking will appreciate Proctor-Sim's latest work, in which he does not attempt to hide his opinion on the matter.
"At the heart of this 377-page novel is a diabolical plan by ruthless international business interests," the author explains.
"They want to destroy the already threatened biosphere in large parts of the Karoo and the Australian outback."
