Update
KAROO NEWS - Two people have died, and three sustained injuries in a head-on collision on the N10 road from Cradock, 25km towards Cookhouse.
The incident occurred today at about 10:00.
A Renault Sedan with four occupants (two males and two females) collided with an articulated truck with only the driver in.
Two males from the Sedan (the driver and front seat passenger) died on impact.
The two females and the truck driver sustained serious injuries and were taken to a hospital in Cradock.
It is alleged that fatigue is the main contributing factor of the crash.
A case of culpable homicide has been opened at Cradock Police for further investigation.
