GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - As part of the Lions' ongoing tree planting project, 60 trees were recently donated to Asherville residents.
The first of these boerboon trees were planted four years ago, and now stand three meters tall.
Despite the drought, the trees are doing well and residents are keen to receive them and care for them.
Some of the trees, donated four years ago, are already three meters tall.
