SOMERSET EAST NEWS - Following several drug busts in the Eastern Cape during the past week, the Somerset East Police have arrested another two suspected drug dealers in Aeroville in Somerset East on Thursday.
Most of the latest drug busts have been as a result of leads from the public.
Police Spokesperson Captain Bradley Rawlinson says the Somerset East Crime Prevention received a tip that drugs were being sold at two houses in Aeroville during an information gathering operation conducted in the area.
Search warrants were obtained and 132 Mandrax tablets with the street value of R7 000 were confiscated.
The suspects, aged 29 and 31, are due to appear in Somerset East Magistrates Court soon.
