Free diabetes testing:
14 November
Graaff-Reinet Lions will offer free blood sugar testing in the clinic room at Clicks on Caledon Street. This project coincides with World Diabetes Day. Time: 9am - 2pm
The Cross Plus Nothing:
17 November
Jenie and Derek Oliver from Cape Town will be ministering at the Trinity Methodist Church in Graaff-Reinet on Sunday at 9am. All are welcome. For more info contact Mariana at the church office on 049 892 2366. While in Graaff-Reinet, they will also minister at two retirement villages, bible study groups and at the rehabilitation centre.
Festive Christmas Carol service:
24 November
A group of performers from Port Elizabeth, led by renowned author and musician Annelie Botes, will present a musical journey on the theme of peace in a war-torn world at a special concert in Aberdeen's Dutch Reformed Church. St James Christmas Fair:
30 November
This year's Christmas Fair at St James' Anglican Church on Saturday 30 November promises to be even better than previous years, with exciting new food stalls and the addition of carnival games for children.
The fair will be open from 9am until 2pm, and visitors are encouraged to arrive early to avoid the rush.
