ABERDEEN NEWS - The Aberdeen SAPS arrested a 38-year-old suspect, in possession of alleged housebreaking implements.
Police spokesperson, Captain Bradley Rawlinson, said the man was arrested on Monday 20 April at about 3.50pm. Louisville community members assisted the police with the arrest.
The man was found with a bag of suspected housebreaking equipment, next to a lamp pole on Carelse Street, Louisville.
At the time of his arrest, the Louisville electricity supply was interrupted. Allegations from the community that the suspect was responsible for sabotaging the electricity supply could not be confirmed.
