ABERDEEN NEWS - The Aberdeen Afrikaanse Protestantse Kerk held a street sale last Saturday with a selection of delicious food and a few white elephants.
Many people visited the stall during the day, and the curry and rice, boerewors rolls, sosaties and “bazaar puddings” all sold very well.
Small packets of sweets put together for the children also proved very popular.
As usual, the braai meat was extremely popular, and soon sold out.
The organisers would like to thank all those who helped on the day, as well of the community of Aberdeen for their support.
All money raised will go towards the work of the church.
Tired smiles after hard work.
