KAROO NEWS - According to the Eastern Cape Department of Transport, via the customer care line, both the N9 from Graaff-Reinet to Middelburg and the R61 from Cradock towards the N9 are open, following a closure due to snowfall last night.
"We are monitoring the situation, and the roads may be closed again," they said.
