KAROO NEWS - Multiple roads were closed this week due to the snowfall, including the R61 between Cradock and Graaff-Reinet, as well as Wapadsberg Pass.
On snowy days, readers are advised to call the Eastern Cape Department of Traffic's helpline, to hear if the road they are planning to travel on is open.
The number is 0800 644 644, and has proved to be quite handy.
