GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - Following an Ascension Day service Thursday, 30 May, Union Prep School hosted a special picnic for the learners and their moms.
The school's little learners were all very excited about the event and eager to spend some quality time with their moms.
In beautiful weather and the casual setting of the school's grounds, the kids and their moms spread their blankets and enjoyed their packed picnic lunches together.
"Picnics at the school are always some of our most fun events because it always centres around the importance of family. It’s all about spending quality time with special family members, the school, excitement and love - bonding as a school community," said Mrs Alet Kingwill.
