'Marathon' Malotana does it 20 times

SPORTS NEWS - Local runner, Nkosemntu Malotana from Graaff Reinet completed his 20th Two Oceans Marathon (56 km) on 14 April in Cape Town. 

Malotana is also looking forward to complete his 20th Comrades Marathon this year. 

The passionate runner of the Nedbank Running Club who has been running marathons since 1997, plans to retire from long marathons after the Comrades in June and to concentrate on shorter ones. 

He encourages young runners to optimise their talent. "God has given you the ability to run, use it in the right way."
