KAROO NEWS - The art exhibition at the newly renovated St James Anglican Church Hall on 20 and 21 July was enjoyed by many art lovers who braved the cold and wet weather.
The event created a platform for artists Janet Kingwill, Curtis Marteze, Lizma Schoeman, Marge Arnott, Lauren Stanley, Bets Henning, Soretha Wagener, Shirley Grindley, Ailsa Grobler, Johann Minnaar, Liza Bekker and other local artists to exhibit their work.
The organisers said it was wonderful to see the talent in our midst; not only in painting, but woodcarving and ceramics as well. The hall, recently renovated thanks to the generosity of the Rupert Foundation, showcased the art to perfection.
