NIEU-BETHESDA NEWS — The Ibis Lounge, a Nieu Bethesda restaurant and guest house, announced this week, that it has been awarded a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award for 2017.
Terry Winship, the owner, confirmed that The Ibis Lounge won this award in 2015 as well as in 2016. “I am truly thrilled to receive this award for our guest house and restaurant. It shows a consistent level of commitment from our entire team to quality customer care and service”.
This accolade, which honours hospitality excellence, is given only to restaurants and guest houses that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on the popular rating site, TripAdvisor. “With the Certificate of Excellence, TripAdvisor acknowledges establishments that have consistently received strong praise and ratings from travellers”, said Heather Leisman, Vice President of Industry Marketing, at TripAdvisor.
“This recognition helps travellers identify and book places that regularly deliver great service. TripAdvisor is proud to play this integral role in helping travellers feel more confident in their travel decisions.”
In addition, The Ibis Lounge won awards from Booking.com, LekkerSlaap, Sleeping Out as well as Accommodation Direct this year.
