GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - The presenter of the Kyknet programme, Hokaai, my meisie!, Shari Kennedy and the producer, Danielle McDonald paid a visit to Graaff-Reinet on Thursday 24 November in search of adventurous, cultural and wonderful South African stories.

Kennedy and her team are filming the second series of Hokaai, my meisie! in Graaff-Reinet, and took time off to visit the Graaff-Reinet Bowls Club and watched the bowlers doing their thing in the business league tournament.

She said they recently read about the business league bowls tournament on the Advertiser web page and wanted to experience the business league bowls first hand.

They were welcomed by Helene De Wet and Kennedy soon teamed up with Toyota Graaff-Reinet and Botha Garage to roll a couple of woods up and down the greens.

Kennedy says the first programme of season 2 of Hokaai, my meisie! on Channel 144 will air on Saturday 7 January at 19:30.
