GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - An accident between a bus and a Toyota Avanza this morning at approximately 3.30 am, claimed the life of one adult male. He was an occupant of the Avanza.
The accident happened on the N9 between Aberdeen and Graaff-Reinet, about 15km from Graaff-Reinet.
Six other occupants of the Avanza were transported to the Midlands Hospital.
A reliable source told the Advertiser that one teenage girl is on a ventilator and ready to be transported to Livingstone Hospital in Port Elizabeth.
None of the 57 passengers or bus driver is injured.
Emergency services are on the scene.
