GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - A motorist died at about 07:00 this morning, when a bakkie collided with a donkey on the N9, around 6km outside Graaff-Reinet.
It is unknown how many people were in the bakkie at the time of the accident, but according to witnesses on the scene many people were taken to Midland Hospital with injuries.
They were on their way from Graaff-Reinet to a funeral in Nieu Bethesda.
