GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - The class of 2018 of the Eastcape Midlands College in Graaff-Reinet received their graduation diplomas during a ceremony at the local SAPS Academy on 16 August.
Top performer and business management graduate, Phiwokuhle Makhaza, received the Principal's Medallion Award for her average of 86%. Certificates and diplomas were awarded in the college's Schools of Business and Art and Social Sciences.
Invited dignitaries included Mayor Deon de Vos Mayor, ward councillors, and delegates from the Department of Education, Commerce and Industry, and Department of Health.
College Principal Charl van Heerden encouraged the graduates to follow their dreams, to be well equipped, and to continue to develop their skills to keep track with ever-changing technology.
