GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - Several staff, beneficiaries and volunteers – 12 in total – at Boundless in Graaff-Reinet (previously known as the Graaff-Reinet Protective Workplace) recently completed a Basic Leadership Skills course.
The course – which was facilitated over the course of four weeks – covered communication and problem-solving skills as well as delving into what the role of a leader entails.
The training was facilitated by Dr Christa Rudd.
Boundless management is extremely proud of these next generation leaders.
