GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - As a community outreach, Trinity Methodist Church recently hosted a free skin care demonstration, presented by young entrepreneur Chamoné Afrika.
Chamoné's passion is to train as a nurse, and she has applied to various colleges to study. However, she has not yet received any confirmed offers.
Instead of wasting time whilst waiting, she is taking advantage of some of the short courses offered under the mentorship of Profit with Purpose here in Graaff-Reinet. She recently completed two courses: a skin care course, using natural products as part of her range, and a geriatrics massage course. Wishing to be of service to the community, her first project will be offering hand and foot massages at the Parsonage Street Home for the Aged.
Chamoné would be willing to give a free demonstration to any small group or organisation, to help build her confidence and give exposure to her services.
She treats clients in their own homes, which is a huge boon for many, especially the elderly.
Anyone who would like to book her services for a facial or relaxing massage, at very reasonable rates, can contact her on 064 498 1302.
