GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - The Graaff-Reinet SPCA is extremely proud of Hillary Chaplin, who recently passed the NPSCA's Inspectors Course.
Chaplin initially worked at the SPCA for six months in 2016, and then returned earlier this year, when she was appointed as a trainee Inspector.
In August she attended an intensive course in Alberton, Gauteng, which consisted of two weeks of practical sessions as well learning how to understand and deal with law enforcement challenges.
When asked what she most enjoyed about her work, Chaplin said that she felt great satisfaction in being able to rescue abused animals, and also in securing convictions against those who intentionally abuse pets or working animals.
